Town and Gown of USC is proud to offer approximately 150 merit-based scholarships totaling $1,500,000 to deserving incoming freshmen, current undergraduate and graduate students. Scholarships of $10,000 are awarded annually and are for tuition only.
Norman Topping Scholarship (website)

The Topping Scholarship is provided by the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund (NTSAF) at the University of Southern California (USC). The purpose of the NTSAF is to assist students with high financial need who demonstrate an extraordinary level of community awareness in their pursuit of higher education at USC. First-generation college students and local area applicants are given primary consideration in the scholarship selection process. However, please note that the scholarship is not limited to these populations.​

This website will allow you to apply for several assistantships on the USC campus and at colleges and universities in the Los Angeles area. Preference is given to candidates who have been admitted to or enrolled in the Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) or Educational Counseling (EC) graduate programs within the Rossier School of Education. Many of these positions prepare students for professional positions within the field of Student Affairs.
